Final Stop for Final Fantasy Talks

9- Final Fantasy IX: Dali’s dark secret

How many movies/shows are out there in which there’s a nice, quiet little town that slowly is shown to be a terrible place? Oh man does Dali fall into that category! We love Dali, however, and there are so many hilarious tidbits here and there that make it the best spot thus far in the game. Of course it takes a turn towards the dark side of things once Vivi is kidnapped, and after you learn some other details…. but meh, we’ve seen worse.

Alex mentioned the awesome song that plays in the underground portion of Dali, so it is added below in the music section of this post. Absolutely fits perfectly for the environment! We also confirmed- if you are crazy enough to level up to at least 18 with Garnet, you will then have enough MP to summon Shiva… and it works! Crazy! We used the boost cheat to test it out with Bahamut, fighting some Ghosts as seen below.
